Where Tempx Valnex came from
Tempx Valnex started as a response to a familiar frustration: individual investors were expected to make long-term decisions with short-term tools — scattered spreadsheets, generic charts, and commentary written for headlines rather than for portfolios.
We set out to build something narrower and more useful: a platform that takes the same disciplined approach to data that institutional research desks use, and puts it directly in the hands of people managing their own capital.
That focus hasn't changed. As the platform has grown, our starting question has stayed the same — does this help someone make a clearer decision, or is it just noise?
What guides how we build
These aren't slogans on a wall — they're the constraints we design against every time we add a feature or publish an analysis.
Clarity over noise
We favour analysis that changes a decision over analysis that just fills a dashboard. If a metric doesn't inform action, it doesn't belong.
Independence by design

Our mission

Tempx Valnex exists to close that gap. Our mission is to give individual investors a platform that applies the same standard of analytical discipline to their portfolios, without requiring a research team or a six-figure data subscription to get there.
We measure our progress by a simple question: are the people using Tempx Valnex making more informed decisions than they were before? Everything else is secondary to that.
